Do you charge travel fees?
Destination packages include travel fees if the location exceeds 200 miles from Johnson City, Tennessee OR Tampa, Florida.
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely. We will talk about the payment details during our scheduled phone call. We are flexible and will work with you!
Please Note:
The booking fee is non-refundable. We are 100% committed to our clients and their time so we will always show up / find an associate to take our place in case of emergencies. We have plenty of reviews/referrals and can share them with you if needed :)
How do I receive my photos from our photoshoot?
We will provide you with a personalized online gallery link when we send you some sneak peeks! We will create a 4-digit PIN for personal & guest access. This online gallery will have your images & videos available for download on any device. We highly encourage you to download the smartphone app.

Galleries will remain online and available for 3 years. After 3 years of online access, we will archive the images and copies of your images to our hard drive AND online cloud storage. We highly encourage you to save multiple backups of the images/videos once the gallery is complete. Typically our clients save copies to their computer, a USB flash drive, AND an online storage (Google Drive, Facebook Albums, Microsoft One Drive, etc.) just in case. We don’t mind saving copies of your images but they take up tons of space. The more we capture and collect, the more expensive it becomes to save these backups! Yes, we are emotionally attached to ALL of our images & videos, however, we already have over 10 TERABYTES of data! That’s a lot. Be sure to do your part and save copies of them just to be safe. We will send email reminders when your gallery is about to expire.
Can I purchase more images/videos than what is included in my package?
If you are happy with your gallery and want to purchase more images or videos: reach out to Gabriela! She will schedule a Zoom call to review the remaining photo / watch all video footage that didn’t make it to your highlight video. You must rw Pricing can vary. On average, additional photos/videos are:
Photos: $10 Per Image
Video: $400 For Bonus 3-Minute Highlight Compilation Video
Video: $1,000 For All Remaining Video Footage (Edited)
Editing additional photos/video can take several weeks to complete and deliver! The average time to edit photos and video may vary, see the next question below for more info. Additional photos and video must be paid for before post-production work begins.
How long does it take to receive the edited images?
On average, it can take up to 60 days to complete a portrait / couples / engagement / family gallery. Wedding galleries take up to 14 weeks to complete, I give every photo my undivided attention and love! I always communicate along the way and send sneak peeks within 1 week of your wedding. It’s always worth the wait :)
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, please do! We love dogs, cats, birds, any pet is free to join <3
Is there a limit on how many people can be included in the photos?
The limit is eight total subjects. So yes, your session can include seven people and one dog, for example. If your group is bigger than eight subjects, please let me know ahead of time to adjust the pricing & timeline.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, debit & credit options are available.
What should I wear?
Please wear your favorite outfit. Be yourself! Wear something that YOU love and is comfortable as well. We typically make suggestions for colors that complement the location. If you need inspiration, we can provide examples that fit your vision.
What time do you think I should arrive for my session?
Please be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure that all session time is used.
What if weather conditions are not favorable?
For portrait, engagement & elopement sessions, undesirable weather can require rescheduling. We will go over this during our introduction phone call. Terms & conditions are provided on your contract as well. We are flexible but prefer favorable weather. We will make it work, rain or shine, but rescheduling is never an issue for us as long as it works for you too!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your session and cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session. For weddings & elopements, a refund cannot be processed if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your wedding/elopement date. All rescheduling & cancellation terms are stated in my contract.
